CPL Circular Polarizer Camera Filter DSLR Camera Lens

Function introduction: 1. Reduce the brightness of the blue sky by rotating the lens to absorb many polarized light in the diffuse reflection, you can reduce the intensity of the sky light, darken the sky, and increase the contrast between the blue sky and the white cloud. 2. To control the reflection of non-metallic indications, when light is cast on smooth objects, such as water, glass, paint furniture and so on, it usually produces strong single reflection light, which will become the highlight point in the photographic picture. 3. The replacement of neutral gray filter CPL will reduce the exposure level 1-2, which can replace the role of ND4 / ND2. In this way, CPL and nd8 cooperate to reduce 1, 2 and 3 gear exposure. Service conditions: 1. There must be polarized light in the light source. The light transmitted (reflected) by objects such as water surface, sky and glass is, while the light reflected by the metal surface is not polarized light; 2. There should be a certain angle between the lens and the light source. Generally speaking, it is 45 degrees. It's not good to directly face the light source anyway. That is to say, when the lens is facing the sky, when there are clouds in the blue sky, there is a certain angle between the lens and the sun. This is to turn the front lens of the polarizer, and you can see the effect. In addition, the use of polarizers is not to darken all the objects in the sky and underground, but selectively to darken the sky and the objects reflecting polarized light, not to other objects. Therefore, in most cases, the use of polarizers can reduce the brightness gap between the sky and the ground.

NOTE: Our filter is compatible with all lenses. Please check the thread size of your lens before ordering. The thread size will be marked on your lens or printed under the lens cap. This number is preceded by a "ø" (diameter) symbol.
